Dale believes that his core values have been on full display from the creation of our district from scratch, to the countless accolades our district has received over the years. He stands by his history and performance both in the boardroom and outside to advocate for ACS. Dale is proud to have co-authored the initial policy manual, the initial five and ten year plans, the mission statement, and the vision statement that ACS has today. If you are happy that this district has become a top performer in the State of Tennessee then Dale says that you should thank your teachers, principals, administrators, and the superintendent, because although he has passed policy, ensured conservative spending, and steered our direction, those are the people responsible for our success, not the school board.
